Genoulda Bestenbier is a seasoned Human Capital executive, leadership strategist, and learning and development specialist with more than 24 years of professional experience, including over 12 years in strategic Human Capital leadership. Throughout her career, she has partnered with executive leadership teams and Boards to develop people strategies that drive organisational performance, strengthen leadership capability, and build high-performing workplace cultures.
Genoulda holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Human Resources Management from the University of Johannesburg, an MBA from Milpark Business School, and has further strengthened her executive leadership capability through the Middle Management Development Programme at GIBS and the Executive Management Programme at the Wits Business School.
